1. DEFINITIONS

“APIs”: means an Application Programming Interface made available by Wakam to allow Users to access and use the API services originating from Wakam insurer activities, pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Services.

"Terms" means all applicable contractual terms and conditions to your use of the Website, namely the GCU, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, to the exclusion of any other document.

"General Conditions of Service": means the contractual document CGS applicable to the User and Wakam governing the provision of Services by Wakam to the User.

“Order Form”: means the order form issued by Wakam and accepted by the Partner, listing the Services subscribed and defining the financial conditions authorizing the Partner to access and use the Services. The Purchase Order is governed by the CGS to which it refers.

“Personal Space”: parts of the Website allowing the User to access and update his/her information.

“Personal Data”: any information relating to an identified natural person or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements that are specific to him/her.

“Product”: an insurance product mentioned on the Website and distributed by the Partner following the execution of contract between the Partner and Wakam.
