An interview with a member of our TA Team to get to know you. We want to learn about the highlights of your experience, and what you're looking for in your next adventure and discuss about the job description (missions, salary,…). This is also the occasion to tell you more about what we're working on at Wakam now and in the future.

Informal discussion with a peer to answer all of the questions you might have about the job and Wakam. This is a unique occasion to meet of your future teammates! They will tell also you more about what it’s like working at Wakam (this is amazing, obviously).

Yeah, you finally meet your future boss. They will ask you questions about your previous experiences, check your hard/soft skills, your motivations to join us… We want to be sure that you are a good fit for Wakam and for the team! Together you’ll also have some time to go through the job description. Ask all the questions you want, it’s important to check if we are the right fit for you.

This is the final countdown step in the process. As you know at Wakam, we considered soft skills equally important as hard skills.
